Important Dates
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, 11:59 pm
Before registering, athletes must have an active Super Cup membership that is valid through the last day of the current season. Super Cup reserves the right to close registration before the Registration Deadline if the event reaches full capacity. The Registration Deadline expires at 11:59 PM PST, unless the event reaches full capacity before that date.

Athletes may edit their team, age division, and weight division by logging into their Smoothcomp account until the Athlete Correction Deadline. If they cannot edit their tournament registration from their profile, they should contact Super Cup via e-mail with their requested change before the deadline. The Athlete Correction Deadline expires at 11:59 PM PST.

Weigh-in time:
Competitors may weigh in starting at 8:00 AM, regardless of their scheduled competition time. Priority for Early Competitors: From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, priority will be given to competitors scheduled to compete between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other competitors may still weigh in, but they might have to wait until these priority athletes are processed first. Weigh-In Deadline: All competitors MUST complete their weigh-in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled division. For example, if your match is scheduled for 11:00 AM, you must weigh in by 10:30 AM at the latest.
