Registration Deadline: June 1st, 2025
Before registering, athletes must have active Super Cup membership that will be valid through the last day of current season. Super Cup reserves the right to close registration prior to the Registration Deadline if the event reaches full capacity. The Registration Deadline expires at 11:59 PM, event local time, unless the event reaches full capacity prior to that date.
Athlete Correction Deadline: June 2nd & June 3rd, 2025
Athletes may edit their team, age division, and weight division by logging into their Smoothcomp account until the Athlete Correction Deadline. Athletes unable to edit their tournament registration from their profile should contact info@supercupjj.com with their requested change within the deadline. The Athlete Correction Deadline expires at 11:59 PM, event local time.
Registration Checkday: June 4th, 2025
Single-bracket competitors should email info@supercupjj.com with their preferred event registration option within the deadline. Check the single-bracket options on the Super Cup Federation page. If you need assistance with a correction, please email info@supercupjj.com within the deadline. The deadline to contact IBJJF is 5 PM, event local time.
Schedule Release Date: June 5th, 2025
On this date, Super Cup will release the final schedule. Time of release will be 7:00 PM.
Brackets Release Date: June 5th, 2025
